What does this policy cover me for?
Here are some examples of what the policy may cover you for:
Physical Injury:
A client visits a salon for a hair or beauty treatment, such as a an all over hair colour or chemical face peel. Following the procedure, they claim that the treatment has resulted in an adverse reaction, seeking to hold you accountable for any resulting injury or complications.
Slips, Trips, and Falls:
A client or visitor may file a claim if they slip, trip, or fall on the business premises, possibly due to wet floors, misplaced equipment, or other environmental factors, alleging that the salon was not safely maintained.
